South Lyon Lions Varsity defeated Waterford Mott 18-0 on Tuesday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Riley O’Connell struck out #16 to finish off the game.

South Lyon Lions Varsity notched six runs in the fourth inning.  The big inning was thanks to singles by Renee Porter and Emily Johnson and a triple by Cece Dudek.

A double by #18 in the first inning was a positive for Waterford Mott.

Julia Duncan pitched South Lyon Lions Varsity to victory. The pitcher surrendered zero runs on one hit over two innings, walking one.  O’Connell threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.
