South Lyon Lions Varsity coasted to an easy victory over Waterford Kettering 13-3 on Tuesday

South Lyon Lions Varsity notched four runs in the sixth inning.  The offensive onslaught by South Lyon Lions Varsity was led by Ava Crumley and Olivia Simeone, who all drove in runs.

Julia Duncan earned the win for South Lyon Lions Varsity. The righty allowed two hits and one run over two innings, walking zero.  Riley O’Connell threw four innings in relief out of the bullpen.

#27 was on the rubber for Waterford Kettering. The pitcher allowed 12 hits and 13 runs over five and two-thirds innings, striking out three.

South Lyon Lions Varsity tallied one home run on the day. Ava Bradshaw had a dinger in the fifth inning.

South Lyon Lions Varsity tallied 12 hits.  Crumley, Simeone, and Carly McLaren all managed multiple hits for South Lyon Lions Varsity.  Crumley went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead South Lyon Lions Varsity in hits.
