Six runs batted in from Cece Dudek helped lead South Lyon Lions Varsity past Milford High School 19-9 on Tuesday.  Dudek drove in runs on a groundout in the first, a single in the fourth, and a triple in the fifth.

An early lead helped propel South Lyon Lions Varsity to victory.  South Lyon Lions Varsity scored on a home run by Grace Walters, a walk by Madison McKenzie, a groundout by Dudek, a single by Renee Porter, and a single by Emily Johnson in the first inning.

South Lyon Lions Varsity tallied eight runs in the fifth inning.  South Lyon Lions Varsity big bats were led by Johnson, Walters, McKenzie, Dudek, and Porter, who each had RBIs in the inning.

Milford High School scored four runs in the third inning.  #6, #10, and #1 all drove in runs in the frame.

Ava Bradshaw got the win for South Lyon Lions Varsity. Bradshaw allowed three hits and five runs over four and a third innings, striking out nine and walking zero.  Walters threw two-thirds of an inning in relief out of the bullpen.

#6 led things off on the rubber for Milford High School. The hurler allowed six runs on two hits.  #5 and #30 entered the game as relief, throwing three innings and one inning respectively.

South Lyon Lions Varsity socked two home run on the day. Walters had a four bagger in the first and fifth innings.

South Lyon Lions Varsity collected 14 hits on the day.  Dudek, Johnson, McKenzie, and Walters each collected multiple hits for South Lyon Lions Varsity.  Johnson and Dudek each collected three hits to lead South Lyon Lions Varsity.

#1 went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Milford High School in hits.
